In the Minneapolis/St. Paul area — and across the online world — you’ll find me, Caronda Hampton, the Numerologist and Spiritual Mentor behind Mind Over Number. My work is meant to be a space for people who seek understanding, not judgment, and support that feels genuine to who they are.

My own awakening happened at 27, during a period marked by depression, anxiety, and a growing sense that something in my life didn’t match who I truly was. What felt like a breaking point became a turning point. I started noticing patterns, synchronicities, and meaningful connections in things I used to overlook — and the deeper I went, the more I realized life isn’t mere coincidence. I chose THIS. THIS awakening at THIS time and everything that came with it. Following that realization, I was drawn toward Numerology as a way to understand myself and the deeper purpose behind what I was experiencing.

At the core of my work is a simple mission: to help people remember who they were before the labels, before the fear, before the ego stepped in. I want people to see that there are no coincidences — only synchronicities — and that the divine love within us never disappears; we just forgot it was there. Numerology became my way of guiding people back to that remembrance.

Mind Over Number reflects this understanding. I use ancient numerological wisdom alongside intuitive coaching to help people explore their patterns, timing, and soul path. Every session is personal. Every reading is tailored. My intention isn’t to tell you who you are — it’s to help you reconnect with the truth that’s already inside you.

Outside of my work, I’m a Mother of two, a guitar lover, and someone who finds joy in simple things that keep me connected to myself. Listening to music, longboarding, and giving myself room to breathe throughout the day keeps me grounded and in touch with who I am beyond my roles.
