In the Minneapolis/St. Paul area — and across the online world — you’ll find me, Caronda Hampton, the Numerologist and Spiritual Mentor behind Mind Over Number. My work is for people who want understanding without judgment, structure without having to perform who they think they should be, and insight grounded in who they actually are.


My awakening came at 27. It wasn’t glamorous. It came through depression, anxiety, sickness, and the growing realization that the life I was living didn’t align with who I knew myself to be. What felt like a breaking point was really a recalibration. I began to notice patterns that I had previously ignored. Synchronicities. Repetition. Timing. Visions. The deeper I looked, the clearer it became — life is not coincidence. I chose this awakening. I chose this timing. And I chose everything that came with it. Divination as a whole stopped being interesting and began to provide practical guidance. It gave me language for what I was already seeing. It gave me an order where it felt like chaos.


At the core of my work is a simple directive:

Remember who you were before the conditioning.

Before fear influenced your responses.

Before ego defined your limits.


There are no coincidences. There is a synchronicity. Mind Over Number reflects that understanding. I work with ancient numerological systems, harmonic compression, and intuitive mentorship to help you see your timing clearly. Every reading is tailored. Every session is specific. My role is not to define you — it is to help you recognize what has been there all along.


Outside of my work, I am a mother of two, a guitarist, certified weirdo, and someone who values minimalism. Music, longboarding, and giving myself space throughout the day keeps me grounded. These things remind me that structure and freedom are not opposites. Everything in moderation.
